What if you didn’t dread your work?
Right now, I see two extremes on Twitter:
The Hustle Bros screaming that if you’re not working 12-hour days, you’re a disgrace to mankind.
The “Lifestyle Chillo” Creators sipping their overpriced lattes, telling you that work should be effortless and that anything beyond a 4-hour workday is oppression.
Yesterday, I told you how I’ve been in “lifestyle chillo” mode lately.
But I’m not here to say that hard work is bad.
My real issue?
Work that feels meaningless.
For a long time, I forced myself to grind.
I had David Goggins and Alex Hormozi’s voices echoing in my head, guilt-tripping me into working harder, longer, more.
But I hated every second of it.
Even things I used to love – like writing – became nothing more than a means to an end.
A way to hit a productivity quota before I was finally allowed to switch off and enjoy my life.
But isn’t that ironic?
We talk about freedom all the time.
We want financial freedom.
But what is financial freedom really supposed to get us?
Peace. Joy. The ability to wake up and do work we actually love.
So why the hell do we sacrifice the thing we want for the thing that’s supposed to get it?
Why do we hate our work now, just so we can “one day” have a life we enjoy?
As you can tell…
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.
What if we built a business that was enjoyable from Day 1?
One that makes money, yes – but also gives you the space to live, to think, to create without pressure?
“One day” is your biggest enemy – build that dream now.
Just something to ponder about.

P.S. I work with copywriters and ghostwriters who want to scale their brand to $3,000/month – without turning their business into a miserable 24/7 grind.
This week, I’m opening a few early-bird spots.
This might be the last time I open 1:1 spots for a couple of months.
