Now that I've “quit” Twitter … I can talk about whatever the fuck I want baby!

I can share my shortcomings, weaknesses, and problems without fearing that I’ll lose my “credibility.”

So I thought it’d be interesting to let you in on my situation right now.

Because business-wise, it’s not looking rosy.

My biggest client churned a couple weeks ago, my income has dropped and I'm currently cashflow negative … again.

Okay, I have more than enough money in reserve … but losing money every month is far from ideal.

Why am I telling you this?

Because I need you to understand this this is, in fact, NORMAL.

Low-income months … clients churning … and making bad decisions are unavoidable aspects of building a business.

And I can assure you:

99% of the people you see flaunting their income on X aren’t as “successful” as they pretend to be.

Most are just twisting the numbers to sell another program.

But you don't see what's going on behind the scenes.

When someone talks about “$10k/month” … they don't tell you that the tax man snatches 20-40%, and lifestyle inflation eats up the rest.

But there’s another reason I’m telling you about this:

Despite my income being the lowest it's been in months … I'm the happiest I've ever been.

Why?

Because I've diversified my self-worth.

I used to make all my happiness dependent on how my business performed.

Nowadays? I diversify.

I don't have to win in business as long as I'm winning in other areas of life.

And I've found that if I'm happy … I make much better business decisions.

Which leads me to another factor.

I feel hopeful.

I'm currently negotiating a rev share deal that could potentially take my business to the next level (I’m talking $20-30k/mo).

Sometimes it’s okay to be in the red. That is if you're setting yourself up for a bigger payday.

Just remember:

Entrepreneurship consists of ups and downs. Even the most successful entrepreneurs have bad months.

As long as you don't quit, maintain your optimism, and don't compare yourself to the highlight reels of others…

You're golden.
