I'm Gone
I've pissed off
I’m one of those obsessive people.
When I find something I love I stick to it and sacrifice everything else.
On the one hand, that’s an advantage.
Progress is a logical conclusion.
On the other hand, it is a little limiting sometimes.
I often forget to appreciate the present moment & celebrate my accomplishments.
Which means: I have to make an EFFORT to enjoy my life.
Sounds kinda sad, doesn’t it?
But that’s why I’ve officially pissed off to Barcelona.
I’m staying here for 1 week to absolutely fucking send it.
No boundaries.
No holding back.
Yes, it is a little degenerate…
But we can’t forget that we’re only given this one life.
What’s the point if we never reward ourselves?
So listen:
Grind
Hustle
Work hard
Do what you gotta do.
But every once in a while…
Go out there and live a little.
I always thought I didn’t need “balance.”
But the older I get the more I realize that life IS about balance.
Balance is a competitive advantage.
And it’s a happiness pill (if you do it right).
So, my friend:
Work hard, play hard.
And live a life that you’ll look back on with gratitude.
